What file formats do you accept for quoting?+
STEP, IGES, STL, and native CAD formats (SolidWorks, Pro/E, NX). For molded parts, a material grade and annual quantity help us quote accurately.
Can you help with design for manufacturing (DFM)?+
Yes. Every quote includes a DFM review of your part geometry — wall thickness, draft angles, undercuts, tolerances and gate location are checked before tooling begins.
What is the difference between rapid tooling and production tooling?+
Rapid tooling uses faster-to-build molds for prototype and small-batch validation. Production tooling is hardened and engineered for high-volume, long-run programs.
Do you handle both plastic and metal parts?+
Yes. We combine injection molding and mold making with CNC machining, so mixed-material assemblies can be produced under one roof.
What is your typical lead time?+
Lead time depends on complexity, tooling and quantity. Prototypes can ship in days; production tooling typically takes weeks. We confirm timing with every quote.
Can you keep my design confidential?+
Yes. All customer designs and projects are treated as confidential, and we are happy to sign NDAs before sharing technical details.
